We asked clueless baggage area employees why they couldn’t use a different carousel. Rumors were that the baggage carousel belt was broken. After we landed back in Baltimore, we waited for over two hours for our luggage. Although, the departure flight was an hour late and the return flight was equally as late, no one provided any updates or status information. There were vacant seats, but we were forced to sit three to a row and the isle passengers were forced to lean in the isles. I would rate Swift’s customer service and comfort less than zero (-0) if it were possible. I will never fly another Swift charter flight. Swift Airlines: Harrahs contracted with Swift Airlines, a charter airline for our travel. The food, amenities, customer service and rooms were wonderful. Harrahs: I totally enjoyed my stay with Gulfport Harrahs.
